Ok, how seriously cute is this spider? This little guy is on my wall. But put a Peppermint Patty behind him and add another black scallop to the back and you have a cute Halloween treat! (I just couldn't find the Peppermint Patties in the couple of stores I looked).
Sammie and I were playing Friday with the picture frames as dry erase boards. She made one for her room.
When my Mom was here visiting from FL, we had a chance to play with the Star Bright Designer Paper Ornaments kit in the Holiday Mini Catalog. After we punched out and folded all the stars, we really didn't know what we would do with so many. There really are a lot! Sammie started stacking them and that gave us the idea for this Christmas tree here....
I poked a hole in the middle of each star and put them onto a wood skewer. I used a little of Sammie's fusion clay underneath to put the skewer in and hold the tree up straight. Isn't that cute?

This is my nephew's high school marching band performing last weekend. They won the championship and we're all very proud of him and all the hard work he's done learning and practicing for this event. Way to go, Adam!
Here they are! The Grand Champion Seminole Warhawk Marching Band! <insert wild applause here>

It has just been a whirlwind around here the last couple of weeks with my Mom and sister visiting from Florida, celebrating Sammie's 6th birthday, Legoland, Chicago Botanical Gardens, Home Party show, etc. I haven't been on the computer much and my blog has suffered. I apologize to my loyal reader (uh, readers, yeah, readers). But I'm back and I have new stuff to show you!
Last Friday, my Mom and I did a Home Party night at the Crete Park District. My daughter was involved in the set up and was with us for about an hour at the show. Last night when I started unpacking my stuff, Sammie started helping me. I knew I shouldn't have left her alone...
She set up her own show and was so darn cute when we attended her show. She explained her products, offered a catalog, talked about classes... totally a mini me, huh? A true demonstrator in the making!
And here are a couple of samples I made up for the show...
This dry erase board is just a picture frame with a glass front. Use a dry erase board marker and it wipes off easily with a paper towel. This is an awesome idea for your desk or kitchen to leave notes for family members. I know I will definitely make more.
I redid my cookie sheet calendar to update the designer series papers and season. I can't remember who gave me the idea, but instead of using red line sticky tape to adhere the paper to the cookie sheet, I just used magnets. Now the background can be changed!
Thanks for stopping by. Check back later for more!!
